Privacy policy

This policy describes how Puzzle Electronics Corporation ("Puzzle", "we") handles personal information collected through this online store.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if provided, company name if provided, and the items you ordered. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. When you browse the store, Shopify and its service providers collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer and technical support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and, if you opt in, send you product updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (which hosts this store), our payment processor, shipping carriers, and the tools we use for email and support. Each is permitted to use your information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@puzzleelectronics.com; we will respond as required by applicable law. Residents of certain states may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of data sharing; see the "Your Privacy Choices" page.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty, and support purposes. We rely on Shopify's security controls and limit access to personal information to people who need it.
